Frequently asked questions
How clear must the passport image be?
Every printed field and both machine-readable lines should be legible at normal zoom. Retake the image if it contains glare, blur or cropped corners.
Can I change details after approval?
Material details may not be editable after issuance. A new application may be required, so review names, passport number, dates and entry type carefully before submission.
How long does processing take?
Processing depends on the selected package, working calendar, document completeness and authority review. An estimate is shown before you submit; approval is never guaranteed.
Is ANT Global a government website?
